Elizabethton Police Department reports arrests

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:

  • On March 11, Officer Hayden Holtsclaw reported an arrest on Broad Street. Dustin R. Wyatt Jr. was cited for speeding 20+ over and driving while license suspended (first offense). Wyatt has a court date scheduled for April 1.
  • On March 10, Officer Justin Pearce arrested Joseph Anthony Nickles on Railroad Street for an active warrant for violation of probation.
  • On March 10, Officer Spencer Ward conducted a traffic stop at Nave Street and Charity Hill Road, resulting in the arrest of Daniel T. Madden for speeding and driving on suspended (first offense). Madden’s court date is set for April 15.
  • On March 9, Officer Ryan Manuel responded to incidents involving Sherman Ray Dowell and Joshua Kenneth Hallman. Dowell was arrested for driving while license suspended (first offense), with a court date of April 1. Hallman was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct, with a court date also set for April 1.
  • On March 9, Officer Franklin Peters arrested Jason Aaron Davis and Brandy M. Dugger for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both were scheduled to appear in court on April 1.
  • On March 8, Officer Erin Potter arrested Jacob Edward Forbes for reckless driving and expired registration. Forbes has a court date scheduled for April 8.
  • On March 8, Captain Buck arrested Michael Wayne Ledford on an active warrant for violation of probation.
  • On March 7, Officer Matthew Goldberg reported two arrests. Katrina Casandra King was arrested for criminal trespass and Christopher Allen Arnold for driving while revoked (second or more) and financial responsibility. Their court dates are scheduled for April 8 and April 17, respectively.
  • On March 7, Officer Matthew Scott arrested Christopher M. Pallay for driving while license suspended (first offense) and speeding. Pallay’s court date is set for April 8.
