The Carter County Sheriff’s Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the person(s) responsible for burglarizing the Shell Station at 698 Highway 91.

In the early morning hours of February 23, a masked individual broke the glass of the front door, entered the store, stole merchandise, and fled on foot. A similar incident occurred on April 19, where a masked subject again broke the front door glass, entered, stole merchandise, and fled on foot.

Anyone with information about these burglaries is urged to contact Investigator Kelly Blevins with the Carter County Sheriff’s Department at 423-542-1882. A $500 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s).
