• Phillip Arnette, 38, 540 Old Stage Road, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Jeffery Thurman on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and a bench warrant charging him with failure to report to serve jail time.
• Cedrick Allen Norwood, 28, 110 A. Holbert Hyder Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Kenneth Lowe on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault under domestic violence.
