• Christine Bassett, 42, 505 Grady Simmons Road, Erwin, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Chelsea Payne on an outstanding warrant.
• Rusty White, 24, 111 Will Estep Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Corban Lipscomb and charged with driving under the influence, possession of Schedule IV drugs and violation of financial responsibility.
• Brandon Waites, 20, 627 W. C St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with failure to report to serve jail time.
• Olivia Trivette, 40, 1448 Muddy Creek ORad, Blountville, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Elizabeth Pleasant, 26, 1532 Southside Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Dakota Grubb, 20, no address available, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with domestic violence.
• Nicholas Little, 28, 1304 Spruce Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Valerie Saylor, 33, 112 Mountain View Circle, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Jordan Ensor and charged with first offense driving on a revoked license, evading arrest by motor vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident with damage to a vehicle.
• Jessica King, 35, 520 Main St., Hampton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier on warrants charging her with theft from a building, forgery and failure to appear.
• Scotty Quinton, 39, 1615 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Joe Holsclaw and charged with domestic assault.
• Pearl Joyce, 50, 126 Hyder St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Eric Buck and charged with public intoxication.
• Chase Turley, 28, 1912 Southside Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Cpl. James Sexton and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
• Michael Winters, 27, 364 Hemlock St., Mountain City, was arrested Saturday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck and charged with public intoxication.
• Cayla Meade, 28, 303 Rainbow Road, Mountain City, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. James Sexton and charged with public intoxication.
• Carole Fields, 53, 203 Laurel Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson and charged with public intoxication. Officers also served Fields with a summons charging her with shoplifting.
• Terry Morgan, 52, 918 Parkway Boulevard, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging him with leaving the scene of an accident with damage to a vehicle.
• Hava Ashley, 25, 5841 Big Dry Run, Butler, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer Robert Bradshaw charging her with driving on an expired license and driving a vehicle with an expired registration.
