• Brittany Russell, 22, 12517 Highway 67, Butler, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Derrick Davis, 38, 701 Hemlock St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Jackie Proffitt, 54, 2765 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Tylor Johnson and charged with public intoxication.
• Gregory Calderon, 33, 229 H. Heaton Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
