Moving to another part of the country the summer before your senior year can be a frightening thing for some young people.
In the case of Janae Rangel though, it was a win-win situation for both her and the Elizabethton High School volleyball team this fall.
Rangel was one of the two starting setters in a 6-2 offense for head coach Leslee Bradley, and she joined the team this summer after her parents moved to Elizabethton from upstate New York about an hour away from Buffalo.
