The new year will have its own set of fireworks for Adam Townsend.

Townsend sits with an 11-3 record on the professional circuit in the mixed-martial arts world and is gearing up for a clash against Craig Johnson in the main event of Apex Fights 4 at Blountville’s Sullivan Central High School on Jan. 10.
