Emma Dillingham is the Youth of the Month for November by the Elizabethton Housing and Developmental Agency. She was selected for her attendance, attitude, behavior and participation in EHDA activities. Emma is in the 6th grade and her favorite subject is World History. Her favorite food is mustard. Her favorite sport is soccer and she likes to watch TikToks. She wants to be a doctor when she grows up.
