FROM STAFF REPORTS
The Hampton Lady Bulldogs continue to show improvement as the season moves on and uses their Senior Night to roll over University High. A big eight-run third inning would give the Lady Bulldogs all the cushion they would need for the 10-run victory. Briley Davis and Abbie Lunsford got the inning rolling with back-to-back base hits; Mallory Lamb would then hit a big triple to the right-field gap to score two. Rachel Fair would follow that up with a double to score Davis. Maleah Scalf would keep the inning going by hitting a double to left; all in all, eight Lady Bulldogs would hit in the inning to produce the eight runs and take the game in five innings.
For the game, Davis was 3-for-3, while Abby Willis and Ryleigh Nickles, Lamb and Fair would have multiple RBIs in the game. Cheyenne Fair was strong off the mound going five innings and giving up no earned runs for the win.
Happy Valley 16 Tri-Cities Christian 13
Aleah Grindstaff would score the go-ahead run in the fifth off a wild pitch just getting under the tag and the Warriors would hold on in the slugfest. Grindstaff and Ella Marvel would lead the way with three runs scored apiece. Marvel would have three base hits on the night and be joined by Reagan Street and Julie Nieminski, who would have multiple hits. Trinity Bowers would pick up the win on the mound.
North Greene 4 Unaka 0
The Lady Rangers would have a difficult time getting the bats going in this conference game, having just three hits on the night. Molly Buckles would lead the way going 2-for-2.  Trinity Bowers would take the hard-luck loss giving up just two earned runs over seven and striking out eight.
Elizabethton 12 Johnson County 1
Lily McDuffie looked strong off the mound,  buoyed by a stingy Lady Cyclones defense, getting the complete game win and holding the Lady Longhorns in check throughout the night. Senior Kenidy Harris went 4-for-5 on the night with a couple of doubles as the Lady Cyclones collected 17 hits. Maley Ingram would do what a leadoff does, going 2-for-4 and scoring three runs. Cheyenne Poiroux, Ember Jensen, Emma O’Quinn and Mollie Johnson would march in the hit parade for the Lady Cyclones as they all would gather multiple hits in the game. Hannah Fritts would hit a home run for the Longhorns.
