The Annual Hampton Basketball Classic is scheduled to be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the Elizabethton Golf Course.

The tournament holds significant importance for the boys’ and girls’ basketball program at Hampton as it serves as their primary fundraiser for the year. Slated to begin with an 8 am and 1:30 pm shotgun start on Saturday, June 1st, the event aims to gather golfers for a day of enjoyment while supporting the Hampton programs.

Hampton Basketball Classic director, Mike Matheson, expressed hope for a successful turnout, emphasizing the opportunity for golfers to contribute to the cause. The entry fee per player is $60, covering green fees, cart fees, lunch, and prizes. Additionally, hole sponsorship is available for $100 per hole, providing businesses a chance to promote their services while supporting the Bulldogs.
