The Second Annual Elizabethton/Carter County United Way Golf Tournament will take place on Aug. 15 beginning with lunch at 11 a.m. and a start around 12:30 p.m.

The tournament is back after the inaugural campaign last year and will once again feature a Par 3 format on each hole.

Tournament organizer Andrew McKeehan wanted this one to be different from all the summer tournaments played at Elizabethton Golf Course and the Par-3 format where there are special tees at every hole.
