Davis – Williams

Announcement is made of the engagement and forthcoming marriage of Emily Nicole Davis and Andrew Clyde Williams.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Karen Davis of Cleveland, Va., and the late Phillip Davis. She is the granddaughter of Mildred Davis of Cleveland, Va., and the late Jeff Davis, and Loyd and Elizabeth Rhea of Lebanon, Va.

Emily is a 2011 graduate of Carson-Newman College with a bachelor of science degree in English and Literature.

Her fiancé is the son of Clyde and Donna Williams of Elizabethton. He is the grandson of Elsie and Jim Rogers of Elizabethton, the late Clyde Williams Jr. and the late Frances Stroupe.

Andrew is a 2013 graduate of East Tennessee State University with a bachelor of science degree in Criminal Justice. He is currently employed with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office as a case manager with probation and parole.

The couple will be married in a private ceremony at Meredith Valley Farms in Elizabethton on Saturday, September 6, 2014, at 6 p.m.
