The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Kevin Hamby, 33, 838 Wyatt Hollow Road, Bristol, was arrested on May 19 by Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for failure to appear.
Ashley Nave, 34, 1656 Weaver Branch Road, Piney Flats, was arrested on May 19 by Sgt. Tracie Pierson on a warrant for simple possession/casual exchange and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kevin Woodby, 41, 413 Rockhouse Road, Johnson City, was arrested on May 19 by Sgt. Eric Norman on a warrant for violation of probation.
Nathanael Soliday, 21, 1409 Dry Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on May 19 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for failure to appear.
Lexie Carpenter, 20, 125 Hyder St., Elizabethton, was arrested on May 19 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.
Eric Hipsher, 43, 608 Locust St., Elizabethton, was arrested on May 19 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Miranda Lovelace, 43, 168 Wilbur Dam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on May 21 by Deputy Raymond Mink on a warrant.
Sean Bowers, 49, 171 Carver Crabtree Road, Hampton, was arrested on May 21 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
John Isaacs, 41, 183 5th Simmons Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on May 21 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Jason Julian, 40, 123 Betterly Place, Elizabethton, was arrested on May 21 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for contempt.
James Buckingham, 31, 297 Holston Mountain Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on May 21 by Deputy Raymond Mink on a warrant for failure to appear.
Brandi Graybeal, 34, 380 Greenlee Road, Johnson City, was arrested on May 21 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on a warrant for violation of probation.
Eddie Marlowe, 53, 160 Buck Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on May 21 by Deputy Brandon Patterson on a warrant for domestic assault.
Rachel Gibson, 31, 712 Well St., Elizabethton, was arrested on May 21 by Deputy Jarrid Hawkins on a warrant for failure to appear.
Derrick Hensley, 35, address withheld, was arrested on May 21 by Deputy Jonathan Simerly for domestic assault.
Kevin Mayo, 49, 514 Allen Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on May 22 by Deputy Cory Locklear on a warrant for failure to appear.
Cynthia Miller, 1056 Old Elizabethton Highway, Bluff City, was arrested on May 21 by Deputy Jarrid Hawkins for contraband into a penal institute.

Charles Jones, 31, 6056 Orebank Road, Kingsport, was arrested on May 19 by EPD Sgt. Douglas Combs for fugitive from justice and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
Katie Arnold, 33, 201 Deck Lane, Blountville, was arrested on May 19 by EPD Officer David Johnson on a warrant for violation of probation.
Ethel Renfro, 52, 118 Volunteer Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on May 19 by EPD Officer Mike Ward for violation of probation.
Jonathan Calhoun, 40, 713 Elm St., Elizabethton, was arrested on May 19 by EPD Officer Daniel Hensley on a warrant for violation of probation.
John Vanover, 60, 1908 E. Watauga Ave., Johnson City, was arrested on May 20 by EPD Officer Mike Ward for driving on suspended license (second), light law, financial responsibility and a warrant for failure to appear.
David Riddle, 29, 1300 Clearview Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on May 20 by EPD Officer David Johnson on a warrant for failure to appear.
Rebecca McClain, 31, 122 Commodore Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on May 21 by EPD Officer Jason Mosier on warrants for failure to appear.
Glenn Hopkins, 40, 510 Johnson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on May 21 by EPD Officer Mike Ward for driving on suspended (second) and financial responsibility.
Cynthia Miller, 39, 1056 Old Elizabethton Highway, Bluff City, was arrested on May 19 by EPD Officer Mike Ward for DUI, simple possession Schedule VI, unlawful drug paraphernalia and failure to exercise due care.
