Things didn’t click like they should for Milligan on Friday, but the Lady Buffs definitely did not go down without a fight.

The Lady Buffs dug a hole they couldn’t get out of, but did give a great fight in set four only to fall in a 25-17, 22-25, 25-14, 25-21 victory for Bryan College in a big early season Appalachian Athletic Conference volleyball match at Steve Lacy Fieldhouse.

Milligan showed high energy at times, but communication issues and hitting and service errors proved costly.
