Stampeding off an Appalachian Athletic Conference win against the Montreat College Cavaliers, the Lady Buffaloes stumbled during their matchup with UVA-Wise at Steve Lacy Fieldhouse.

Millgan fell to the Cavaliers (12-9) in three hard-fought sets as it moved its record to 14-13 overall.

Sophomore Marissa Langford led her team in kills during the match, totaling six. And according to Langford the Lady Buffaloes were not playing up to their potential Monday night.
